Picacho Mountain is pleased to announce that nationally renowned architect, Greg Bucilla, has been contracted to design the first phase of patio homes, The Willows. Patio home floorplans are scheduled for release in January 2008 with construction beginning in May of 2008. If you are interested in being placed on our VIP Interest List for The Willows, please contact call (575-523-2500) or email Emilie. As part of the VIP Interest List, you will be the first group contacted when The Willow’s floorplans become available and then when we begin taking reservations.

The Willows at Picacho Mountain is a gated patio home community, including 84 upscale patio homes ranging from 1,700 sq. ft. to 2,200 sq. ft. The Willows will feature three unique floorplans. However, you will also have the option of customizing your floorplan to fit your needs. This quaint collection of homes will also include a three-acre, private park, as well as easy access to Picacho Mountain’s walking trail system.
