In a continued effort to provide outstanding amenities to customers, Picacho Mountain is pleased to announce it is now including a one year, fully-paid social membership at the Picacho Hills Country Club (PHCC) with the purchase of every estate lot.*

Social membership at PHCC provides Picacho Mountain residents an addition to the already impressive list of planned community amenities. Through country club membership, residents will enjoy tennis, pool and exercise facilities, fine dining, social events and more.

Every buyer of a new estate lot or new estate home will receive the option of a one year, fully-paid social membership compliments of Picacho Mountain. This membership will include: social membership initiation fee, one year of monthly social dues, and one year of paid minimum monthly food and beverage consumption (additional food and beverage not included). Or, a buyer may choose a golf membership instead, and Picacho Mountain will pay the golf membership initiation fee. Existing members of the club who purchase an estate lot in Picacho Mountain will receive a one-time, $1,000 Picacho Hills Country Club account credit, in place of the one-year social membership.*

After the first year, the resident may choose to continue membership and is responsible for all membership dues and fees. Residents may elect to discontinue membership at any time with no future obligation.
